Tech that Inspires: The Ceiling Becomes a Masterpiece

One look up tells you: there are true pros at work here! The ceiling’s substructure is rock solid, and the wiring for the lighting is already in place. In the kitchen, the ceiling has even been plastered and finished.

Particularly fascinating: The team is using the floor as a giant drawing board! The positions of the ceiling lamps are sketched out there in reverse. And because we and our guests need fresh air, the next step is the installation of the ventilation and air conditioning systems.

Design from the Ground Up: The Transformation of the Floor

While the tech specialists are busy above, things are moving forward in leaps and bounds on the ground. The tiler has already started! With every square meter laid, the future look of the restaurant becomes clearer. It’s that special moment when a construction site slowly turns into a place where people will soon laugh, toast, and enjoy life.


The Heart of it All: Visiting the Masters of Their Craft

We had an absolute highlight away from the site: a visit to the team at our bar builders! There, we discussed the final details for the centerpiece of mar.iel. One thing is for sure: the new bar will be a total showstopper!

You can almost hear it already: the clinking of glasses, the shaking of cocktails, and the laughter of our guests. The anticipation of serving the first drinks over this beautiful surface is huge!


The Next Highlights in Sight

The momentum remains unbroken! As soon as the interior work reaches the next milestone, we’ll focus on the exterior:
